JLT Farms Terms of Sales:

I reserve the right to retain any kids born, the rest will be offered for purchase in order of inquiry off my waiting list.

I do not require, nor do I accept deposits on any kids until after they are born.  I will place you on a waiting list and contact you as kids become available.  When you officially choose/or say yes to a kid or kids I will then require a $100, non-refundable, deposit per kid.  Balance to be paid, IN FULL, at or before time of pickup, with a form a guaranteed payment, such as Cash, Venmo, or PayPal.

Transportation is buyer’s responsibility.  I will do my best to help accommodate a shipper's schedule if a shipper is needed.  Buyer will be required to find/setup shipping.  Shipping is a buyer’s expense.  Any out of state sales will need to have proper health certificate and vet check prior to leaving, know what your state requires and allow plenty of time to schedule necessary vet appointments.  Cost involved will be the responsibility of the buyer and will need to be paid before the animal is taken to the vet.  Vet name and number will be provided to buyer to pay vet directly if desired or I can accept payment and pay vet myself.  Pre-sale vet checks, if requested, will also be at buyers' expense and must be requested, paid in full, and preformed prior to animals' departure from JLT Farms.  Vet checks done on animals after sale is complete and animal has left JLT Farms will not be honored. 

 Bottle kids will be able to leave once they are tattooed and disbudded.  It is requested that when purchasing a bottle kid that the kid be picked up by 3 weeks of age, or a weekly boarding fee of $25/kid will be required. 

All kids will have application paperwork to be eligible for ADGA registration. 

All sales are final.  Once an animal leaves JLT Farms it will not be accepted back.  JLT Farms is a clean tested herd and will not risk contamination.
